1. Acceptance of Terms

DigitalHiring is a digital talent and business discovery platform connecting businesses, professionals, freelancers, students, graduates, investors and ecosystem partners. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DigitalHiring website, Platform, accounts, profiles, search tools and services. By using DigitalHiring, you agree to these Terms.

2. Users and Accounts

DigitalHiring may be used by businesses, professionals, freelancers, students, graduates, investors and other authorized users. You must provide accurate information and keep your account and profile reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Profiles and User Content

Users may publish professional, educational or business information, including skills, experience, education, certifications, projects, portfolios, services, availability, location and company information. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and must have the necessary rights to publish it.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant DigitalHiring a non-exclusive permission to host, process, display and technically use it as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Platform.

4. Search and Discovery

DigitalHiring provides structured search and discovery features that may include filters for professional field, role, skills, specialization, experience, education, industry, location, availability and services. Search results depend on information available on the Platform and are intended to support discovery, not to guarantee suitability.

5. AI and Matching

DigitalHiring may use AI, automation and algorithms for search, recommendations, categorization, personalization and talent matching. AI-assisted results may contain errors and do not guarantee employment, contracts, business performance, investment results or professional suitability. Users remain responsible for final decisions and appropriate due diligence.

6. Recruitment, Freelance and Business Opportunities

The Platform may facilitate discovery of employment, freelance work, internships, projects, consulting, outsourcing, professional services and partnerships. Unless separately agreed in writing, DigitalHiring is not the employer, contractor or business partner of users who connect through the Platform and does not guarantee that a connection will result in a transaction or agreement.

7. Paid Services

Certain features or services may require payment or subscription. Applicable prices, billing periods and service details will be presented before purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment does not guarantee leads, hires, contracts, sales, projects, partnerships or other commercial outcomes.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must use DigitalHiring lawfully and must not impersonate others, provide fraudulent or misleading information, harass users, distribute spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, scrape or systematically extract Platform data without authorization, or use the Platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

DigitalHiring and its licensors retain rights in the DigitalHiring name, branding, software, design, database structure, search architecture, interfaces and proprietary materials. These materials may not be copied, extracted, reproduced, resold or commercially exploited without authorization.

10. Verification and Third-Party Services

DigitalHiring may provide verification features, but verification does not guarantee identity, qualifications, performance, conduct or suitability. DigitalHiring may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, AI, security and other services. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

11. Availability and Changes

DigitalHiring aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, technical, legal or business reasons.

12. Disclaimer and Liability

DigitalHiring provides technology and discovery services. User-provided information is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate or current. Users should independently verify important information before hiring, contracting, investing or entering into a business relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalHiring is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or transactions between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Suspension and Termination

DigitalHiring may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users or the Platform, or comply with legal obligations. Users may request account closure.

14. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with the DigitalHiring Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the DigitalHiring Cookie Policy. These documents form part of the Platform's legal framework.

15. Changes to These Terms

DigitalHiring may update these Terms when the Platform, services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the Platform. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo, subject to mandatory applicable law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and authorities of Kosovo.
